These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Arrowly (the "App"), provided by Oliosoft ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial entertainment, in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from (Google Play or the Apple App Store).

4. In-Game Items and Progress

The App may include virtual items such as coins, lives, hints, undos, or streak rewards. These have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are licensed to you, not sold. Game progress is stored locally on your device; we are not responsible for progress lost due to uninstalling the App, clearing app data, device changes, or device failure.

5. Advertising

The App is free and supported by advertising, including banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded ads provided by third parties such as Google AdMob and its mediation partners. Rewards for watching rewarded ads are granted only when the ad is completed and are subject to ad availability. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for any products or services they promote.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data is collected and how it is used.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, graphics, puzzles, sounds, code, and the name "Arrowly", is owned by Oliosoft and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

8. Updates and Availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time without notice. Some updates may be required to keep using the App. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available or error-free.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oliosoft will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or progress, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may suspend or end your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

12. Apple-Specific Terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Oliosoft only, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App and is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Your use of the App must also comply with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. This does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections under the laws of the country where you live.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
