Oliosoft ("we", "us", or "our") built Arrowly (the "App"), a calm arrow escape puzzle game with daily challenges and saved progress. The App is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use the App, how it is used, who it is shared with, and the choices you have.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

Arrowly does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or address. We do not ask for or knowingly collect this information.

Game progress stored on your device

Your game progress (such as completed levels, daily challenge status, and settings) is saved locally on your device so you can continue where you left off. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us.

Clarity Terms of Use

Microsoft Clarity: We partner with Microsoft Clarity to capture how you use and interact with the App through behavioral metrics and session replays. This data is used to improve the App's design and usability. Clarity does not record text you type into input fields, and we do not use it to identify you personally. For more information about how Microsoft collects and uses your data, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement linked above.

Google AdMob: AdMob may use your device's advertising ID and approximate location to serve ads that are more relevant to you. AdMob uses mediation to request ads from partner networks, currently including Meta Audience Network. These partners receive the same kinds of device and advertising data to deliver and measure ads, and process it under their own privacy policies.

When you use the App and an error occurs, or when third-party services process requests, they may collect data and information on your device called Log Data. This Log Data may include your device's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the App, the time and date of your use, and other statistics. Log Data is used for diagnostics, security, and improving App stability. We do not use Log Data to personally identify you.

Opting out of personalized ads does not remove ads from the App; it means the ads you see are not based on your interests.

Arrowly is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will take steps to delete that information and, where possible, have third-party providers do the same.

We value your trust and use commercially reasonable measures to protect information. Data sent to our third-party providers is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if we add new features or third-party services. When we do, we will post the updated policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes may also be announced within the App. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the revised policy.
